Schedule Your Tour Start Date

First, we’ll give you a brief tour of the training center. Afterward, we’ll sit down and listen to what your specific needs are for you child and answer any questions you might have about our tutoring and training, onsite classes, the Trosky Baseball Academy, or after school training options. Some common questions might include:

  • Does my child have to be an athlete to participate in Accelerator?
  • Will my homeschool charter help pay for the costs?
  • What are the ages allowed for youth training, Accelerator, onsite classes or the baseball academy?
  • Do you have options for reclassification (repeat) students?

We’ll then discuss the best training or learning options for your child and budget. We highly encourage you to bring your child to the tour. If an afternoon time slot works, they can join a free 60-minute speed & agility class to experience a sample of our youth training.

Level 1 classes (ages 7-11) are at 4:00 and 5:00 PM, Mondays through Thursdays

Level 2 classes (ages 12-14) are at 5:00 PM, Mondays through Thursdays

Level 3 classes (ages 13+ with some experience) are at 6:00 PM, Mondays and Wednesdays

How it works

  • Book an appointment on or near the time of the class your child would like to try (if applicable)
  • Arrive a few minutes early to sign a liability waiver at the front desk and check in for your appointment. Your child should wear comfortable, athletic clothing and shoes. Bring a water bottle.
  • One of FitSport’s owners or the General Manager will greet you and show you around.

Prerequisites

None. The sessions are free and open to all skill levels.

I came from a full contact sport and 10 years of crossfit. I usually take classes here. I like it because the trainers are very knowledgeable and understand that people have different levels of ability. You get pushed just enough where you will feel it but not be expected to go beyond your limit. Lovely group!

I’m a big fan of FitSports in general, & personal trainer Lars Puckler in particular. I’ve never been much of an exercise guy (although I was a competitive tennis player until my elbow said otherwise) but Lars makes it both extremely challenging & (every once in awhile) actually fun. I now look forward to my training sessions, which is something I never thought I’d say. Great gym; great trainer; great community.

I have been a member at the gym for over 4 years. The instructors and coaches are all client focus, making sure each of us are getting the maximum benefit from the classes and trainings. The gym offers many option of classes for all age groups and levels. The atmosphere is great; all of the gym clients are super friendly. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to train.
