Our Chefs will carefully prepare, cook, and package all of your meals. On Sunday we cook for Mon-Tue-Wed meals. On Wednesday we cook for Thur-Sun. You’ll always have them fresh and ready to go!

3. PICKUP / DELIVER

What age do you start training youth and what are the options?

Our youth training options start at age 7. The most popular class for beginners is Speed, Strength & Agility Level 1, generally for ages 7-11 years. The classes mix speed fundamentals with plyometrics and bodyweight strength training. Other options for this age include youth boxing and Kenpo Karate. All options lead to developing strength, confidence, and discipline in young athletes. Through engaging and challenging workouts, your child will transform not only their physical abilities but also their mindset, helping them grow both inside and outside the gym.

How does Personal Training Work?

Personal Training at FitSport Kinetics is a 1-1 coaching experience designed to identify your fitness goals, provide positive, knowledgable, fitness coaching, and motivate you to achieve the best version of yourself. All of our fitness coaches are certified, so whether you’ve been away from fitness for a while, or you’re just looking for the expertise to complete your transformation, FitSport’s coaches are here to partner with you on your path to looking and feeling your best.

What are the training options for Teens?

Our Youth & Prep training options are designed for anyone in any sport looking to get bigger, faster and stronger. We offer expert speed & agility classes ranging from beginner to elite, supervised weightlifting classes, jump training, and cross-training options in boxing, and interval cardio & strength classes. Private training is available in speed, strength & conditioning and jump training.
