I've been taking adult fitness classes at FitSport Kinetics for years now. It is about as much fun as you can have while working your butt off. People of all ages, shapes and sizes come here to work out and we have a great time while getting fit and becoming friends. All of the trainers are excellent, so you can find your favorite or get something special from each of them in their classes. I highly recommend FitSport. You'll get in the best shape of your life.

My family and I discovered this gym this past summer, and we are loving it - they offer programs for our whole family! My son loves the speed and agility classes, which help him with his sport, and my husband and I love the interval training and the weight lifting classes. One of the things I like the most is that we can take the same class all together as a family. The owners are so personable and helpful, and the coaches are amazing! Youth + Prep

Our Group fitness classes for young athletes promote healthy athletic development, from speed, strength & workouts to supervised weightlifting and jump training. Personal Training

Personal training offers 1-1 coaching designed to help you achieve your individual fitness goals. I came from a full contact sport and 10 years of crossfit. I usually take classes here. I like it because the trainers are very knowledgeable and understand that people have different levels of ability. I’m a big fan of FitSports in general, & personal trainer Lars Puckler in particular. I’ve never been much of an exercise guy (although I was a competitive tennis player until my elbow said otherwise) but Lars makes it both extremely challenging & (every once in awhile) actually fun. I now look forward to my training sessions, which is something I never thought I’d say. Great gym; great trainer; great community.

I have been a member at the gym for over 4 years. The instructors and coaches are all client focus, making sure each of us are getting the maximum benefit from the classes and trainings. The gym offers many option of classes for all age groups and levels. The atmosphere is great; all of the gym clients are super friendly. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to train.

What age do you start training youth and what are the options?

Our youth training options start at age 7. The most popular class for beginners is Speed, Strength & Agility Level 1, generally for ages 7-11 years. The classes mix speed fundamentals with plyometrics and bodyweight strength training. Other options for this age include youth boxing and Kenpo Karate. All options lead to developing strength, confidence, and discipline in young athletes. Through engaging and challenging workouts, your child will transform not only their physical abilities but also their mindset, helping them grow both inside and outside the gym.

How does Personal Training Work?

Personal Training at FitSport Kinetics is a 1-1 coaching experience designed to identify your fitness goals, provide positive, knowledgable, fitness coaching, and motivate you to achieve the best version of yourself. All of our fitness coaches are certified, so whether you’ve been away from fitness for a while, or you’re just looking for the expertise to complete your transformation, FitSport’s coaches are here to partner with you on your path to looking and feeling your best.

What are the training options for Teens?

Our Youth & Prep training options are designed for anyone in any sport looking to get bigger, faster and stronger. We offer expert speed & agility classes ranging from beginner to elite, supervised weightlifting classes, jump training, and cross-training options in boxing, and interval cardio & strength classes. Private training is available in speed, strength & conditioning and jump training.
